Cooking With NW Wine

Exciting news for 2024: The Pacific Northwest Wine Competition has launched a series of instructional videos on cooking with wine.

Episode 4, featuring the Tsillan Cellars 2021 Petite Sirah, paired with an Herbed Beef Roulade and Pesto Sauce

All wineries that receive Gold or Double Gold medals in our competition are eligible to submit these wines for video production, and the Whatcom Beer & Wine Foundation - producers of the Competition - will film the episodes for posting to our website and the winery's promotional use.

 

The cost of a 3-minute video for us to produce in-studio is only $500. The minimum charge for videos filmed on location will be $1,000 plus reimbursable travel costs. Wineries that qualify for this service are invited to contact the Foundation for complete information including content, filming schedules and locations.
